Responsibilities
Lead content strategy and experience design across multi-channel communication touchpoints
Experiment with new communication formats, journeys, and engagement models to enhance customer experience and conversion
Use testing and analytics to refine messaging and optimize performance across multiple channels
Collaborate with business, product, legal, marketing, and data teams to ensure communications are HIPAA compliant, cohesive, insight-driven, and user-centered
Oversee creative development and governance of content standards that reinforce Walmart's brand and mission
Qualification
Required
A passion for combining content, design, and experimentation to elevate patient and customer experience
Proven expertise in digital content strategy, UX writing, and data-driven communications
Strong analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, message optimization, and performance measurement
Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-channel programs
Ability to translate insights into creative storytelling that connects emotionally and drives action
A commitment to advancing Walmart's mission of accessible, affordable care through innovative communication design
