Citizens Capital Markets is seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to join their Structured Products team. This role involves distributing structured products to a diverse institutional client base, while developing relationships and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients focused on structured products (ABS and CLOs)
Collaborate with trading, syndicate, and banking teams to deliver tailored investment solutions
Execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and deepen wallet share
Provide market intelligence and product updates to clients (investors and issuers) and internal stakeholders
Maintain compliance with regulatory and supervisory requirements, including CJMP attestations

Required

10+ years of experience in structured products sales or related capital markets role
Strong understanding of fixed income markets and structured products
Deep market knowledge, including rating agency methodology, across a diverse array of asset classes
Proven track record of client development and revenue generation
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Series 7 and 63 licenses required (or ability to obtain promptly)

Preferred

Existing client relationships across structured products
Experience with Bloomberg and CRM tools
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and geographies
