Supervisor, Integration Technician, Second Shift

The Integration Supervisor will oversee Final Integration Operations on the 2nd Shift, ensuring the production of Terran-R hardware meets safety, quality, and efficiency standards while leading a team of technicians.

Responsibilities

Oversee Final Integration Operations on 2nd Shift, ensuring that Terran-R hardware is produced safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards
Lead and develop a team of Integration technicians, driving continuous improvement in their skills and career progression
Partner with manufacturing engineering, planning, supply chain, and quality teams to enhance efficiency and boost productivity
Drive production schedules, ensuring on-time completion of flight hardware by identifying and resolving any production bottlenecks and maintaining daily production visibility
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives

Qualification

Aerospace manufacturing experienceManufacturing processes knowledgeLeadership experienceEngineering drawings interpretationERP/MRP systems familiarityContinuous improvement mindsetCommunicationOrganizational skills

Required

5+ years of experience in aerospace, automotive, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments
2+ years of leadership, lead, or supervisory experience overseeing production technicians/operators
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as assembly, integration, and testing
Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specs, and GD&T
Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to drive accountability in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Previous leadership experience in aerospace or space hardware production
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, MES, or digital factory tools
Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement training/certifications
