Responsibilities

Act strategically to support the ECS EWX strategy
Help create a successful path for the implementation of Storm EW policies and procedures that support Program Integration
Interface with ECS Leadership Team Members and functional leads across the business area
Develop and implement creative problem solutions and brief ECS leadership of the recommended approaches to ensure the continued success of the Storm EW business model

Required

Experience with life cycle management
Bachelor's Degree
Experience or equivalent experience of 2+ years in a Program Manager II role
Experience working in a development or production environment
Ability to lead cross functional teams (ie Engineering, Quality, Operations, etc.) in the execution of complex tasks
Exhibit sound interpersonal skills to interface, coordinate, and negotiate with company personnel and functional leadership
Very strong presentation and organizational skills
Highly adaptable with a high degree of initiative
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to drive plans to closure
Actively manage leadership relationships to maintain a win-win of program execution and future business
US Citizen
SECRET Clearance (or capable of attaining)

Preferred

Master's degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Have taken negotiation, stake holder management, leadership or export controls courses
Operations management experience
Preferred clearance level: TS
