The role involves designing and developing UI components in AI Agent Studio, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high standards of scalability and usability across applications.

Responsibilities

Design and develop Agent-backed UI components in AI Agent Studio that encapsulate data access, reasoning, and actions
Build reusable page patterns and blocks (Advisor Panel, Subject Intelligence, Communication Composer, etc.) that can be composed into complete apps
Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to define new agentic interaction models
Ensure seamless integration of multiple AI Agents (Answer, Analysis, Composer, Orchestration)
Enable customers and partners to assemble and deploy composite apps directly to production
Maintain high standards of scalability, performance, and usability across all blocks and patterns

Frontend engineeringAI/LLM applicationsReusable component librariesEvent-driven architecturesData integrationUI Component buildingHuman-in-the-loop AICollaboration skills

Required

Strong background in frontend engineering (React, TypeScript, modern UI frameworks)
Experience with AI/LLM-based applications or agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, or similar)
Familiarity with event-driven architectures and composable software design patterns
Knowledge of data integration and building reasoning/action pipelines
Experience designing reusable component libraries
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team (AI scientists, designers, engineers)

Preferred

Hands-on experience with AI Agent Studio or similar agentic platforms
Prior work in enterprise SaaS or large-scale composable application frameworks
UI Component building experience will be plus
Understanding of human-in-the-loop AI systems and conversational UIs
