Collaborative Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager for their Continuous Value Services team. This role involves leading and managing multiple client engagements while ensuring project success and profitability through effective planning, staffing, and communication.

Responsibilities

Become an expert in Cynergy Implementation Methodology and use it on all Continuous Value Services engagements

Demonstrate competency in the Workday product suite - HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials

Manage 20 small to medium Continuous Value Services engagements

Ensure projects are properly planned and staffed

Track issues and risks communicate status and escalate non-resolved issues. Communicate issues and account status

Provide guidance and mentoring to Principal Consultants working on CVS engagements

Work with the client project manager and/or sponsor to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time frames

Ensure project tasks are delivered within the budget outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and according to the agreed upon Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)

Present clients with change orders in the event Cognizant is being asked to perform tasks that are outside the scope of the SOW

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning

A practitioner background in HR, Finance, or Payroll

Very organized individual with the ability to work in a highly deadline-driven environment with strong time management and multi-tasking skills

Excellent project management skills and strong attention to detail

Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating flexibility, accountability, initiative, and self-motivation to identify and execute tasks

Ability to work closely with remote project teams with varying work styles and work schedules

Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote)

Minimal travel required, but must be willing to travel on-site if needed

Preferred

Previous Workday experience strongly preferred, but not required

PMP a plus
