Responsibilities
Develop line of business strategy
Monitor and take action on industry trends
Develop a wholistic approach to defining and measuring success for the line
Engage with customers and respond to their feedback with key developments
Engage the line of business team to develop products that anticipate customer needs
Running panels and other customer forums
Representing the products to customers
Meeting with them individually and being a key customer resource
Represent us at industry conferences and with professional organizations
Preparing and giving presentations
Authoring or co-authoring white papers or articles
Qualification
Required
Highly motivated Personal Lines Product Manager
Ability to work cross functionally to develop line of business strategy
Experience monitoring and taking action on industry trends
Ability to develop a holistic approach to defining and measuring success for the line
Strong customer focus guiding all aspects of work
Experience engaging with customers and responding to their feedback
Ability to engage with the line of business team to develop products that anticipate customer needs
Experience running panels and other customer forums
Ability to represent products to customers and meet with them individually
Experience being a key customer resource
Ability to represent the company at industry conferences and with professional organizations
Experience preparing and giving presentations
Experience authoring or co-authoring white papers or articles
