Responsibilities

Leading projects to support strategy execution

Leading meetings and problem solving sessions with the broader groups from the Crop internal stakeholders including senior executives

Supporting new strategy implementation efforts and evaluating key projects/initiatives to determine if key deliverables are being met

Constructing and managing senior executive level presentations that convey analyses and insights in a cohesive story (Excel and PowerPoint)

Drawing connections and insights across multiple projects / parts of the organization to ensure continuity of organization wide initiatives

Required

Bachelors Degree and 4 or more years of experience in the Strategic or Project Management/Consulting for Market Execution Project Lead

Excellent communication and team management/interpersonal skills

Highly self-motivated

Ability to build strong working relationships with both Internal and External Stakeholders
