Responsibilities

Swiftly develop a deep understanding of the organization’s strategy and vision so that you can lean into complex issues and influence as necessary

Partner with Enterprise Data leadership to create, socialize, and deliver our ambitious agenda

Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand processes and drive results; Connect dots across multiple leaders to understand and aggregate impacts to the business

Work with key executives and partners to understand areas of need and build efficient and effective operational processes

Partner with communications and leadership to bring strategy to life for our associates, horizontal partners, and stakeholders across the Capital One enterprise

Partner with people leadership to engage, empower and inspire associates

Be data driven as a way to continuously improve operations

Lead associate engagement activities related to associate survey response strategies, org-wide recognition, L&D, and other culture-focused initiatives

Required

Bachelors Degree or Military Experience

At least 4 years of experience in staff management and training

At least 4 years of experience in organizational development and performance

At least 4 years of experience in budget management

At least 4 years of experience in project or process management

Preferred

Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance or Organizational Development

At least 5 years of experience in Project or Process management - Experience managing visible projects which require the ability to manage interdisciplinary team members, remove obstacles and influence appropriately

At least 5 years of experience in Communications planning and development, including department communications, leadership team meetings, presentations, memos and reports

At least 5 years of experience in Staff management and training

At least 5 years of experience in Organizational development and performance
