Responsibilities
Professionally deliver product presentations for client review
Solicit pricing, availability, and order details from vendors
Source merchandise/gift options for clients based on their needs
Oversee the complete order process, from purchase order creation through delivery and invoicing
Ensure the product arrives on time and that we have exceeded customer’s expectations
Effectively prioritize and manage simultaneous projects with varying levels of urgency and strategy in a high-volume, interruption-driven environment
Pay close attention to all open orders daily and ensure they are moving along to meet customers’ in-hands dates
Proactively troubleshoot problems through understanding processes, utilization of available resources, and navigating challenges with a poised communication style
Ensure all artwork, proofs, and product samples are approved before production
Take active role in department and team meetings - communicate all pertinent project details, deliverables, and changes to the management team every week
Stay current on new and evolving product offerings and vendors; utilize knowledge to provide innovative solutions to customers
Collaborate with Leadership to continuously improve our solutions and processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3-years Promotional Products Industry, Event Planning or Agency experience preferred
Strong understanding of production processes, materials and decorating techniques ( engraving, embossing, debossing, embroidery, printing, etc.)
Experience working with vendors, factories, and/or fulfillment centers
Innate curiosity about the gifts industry and trend following
Ability to prioritize and manage many different projects at once
A keen sense of ownership, drive, and willingness to get it done
Creative approach when assisting with the ideation and execution of client projects
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to work with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) and CRM management tools
Preferred
Minimum of 3-years Promotional Products Industry, Event Planning or Agency experience preferred
Experience with Adobe Illustrator (to review artwork / proofs) a plus
