Responsibilities

Gain hands-on long term acute care hospital operations experience

Participate in focused training in clinical services, case management, medical staff relations, financial management, marketing, regulatory compliance and human resource management

Complete orientation, enculturation, administrative onboarding and support over a one year period

Work with designated training sites and dedicated mentors to support, educate and onboard throughout the program

Drive diverse experience in healthcare operations to create effective healthcare leaders
