AAA Club Alliance is a leading insurance agency recognized for its workplace culture and practices. They are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to provide customer service, assist in marketing, and ensure policy accuracy while managing renewals and new business information.

Responsibilities

Coordinate expirations with agent to obtain renewal and/or new business information. Maintain expiration control log
Provide in-house customer service to clients as assigned
Assist in marketing new and renewal business
Check new and renewal policies for accuracy
Perform special projects at management’s request

Qualification

Personal Lines InsurancePropertyCasualty licenseCustomer serviceCommunication skillsAttention to detailTime management skills

Required

Minimum of 2 years experience in Personal Lines Insurance working within a service capacity
Candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our Cincinnati, OH office
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Strong time management skills
Must possess an active Property and Casualty license
