FINANCIAL AFFAIRS ASSOCIATE II

Responsibilities
To provide technical financial support for an assigned organization unit
To review requests and determine appropriateness with regard to institutional requirements, proper authorization, and conformance with established regulations
To assist with the maintenance and reconciliation of budgets and accounts, review requisitions, and order equipment and supplies
To collect financial information and provide reports and analyses as needed
This position is to assist the distribution of payroll, Green Phire and Visa gift cards
Assists employees with departmental inquiries via telephone and email
Assists with Touchnet Cashiering to process student and departmental deposits
Balance cash, checks and credit cards of all deposits received for the current day
Verify and process Advancement and the GA29 reports when needed
Scan and batch all deposits and backup work to be stored into Optidoc for the close of the day
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree
two (2) years of experience
Work experience may substitute for education requirement
