This remote role involves advising on employment law matters, conducting investigations, and providing legal guidance to HR and business leaders.

Responsibilities
Advise on employment law matters including FLSA, employee classification, and workplace investigations
Conduct and oversee internal investigations
Provide legal guidance to HR and business leaders
Collaborate with labor and HR teams to resolve disputes and ensure compliance
Navigate union-related matters and support labor relations strategy
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school; bar admission in at least one state
7–10 years of employment law experience including: FLSA and wage/hour expertise, Internal investigations, Employee classification and compliance
Strong legal research and negotiation skills
Combined in-house and law firm experience highly preferred
Experience in unionized environments
