Process Engineer
Cleveland-Cliffs is the largest flat-rolled steel company and the largest iron ore pellet producer in North America. They are seeking a Process Engineer to drive profitability through optimization of processes aimed at improving product quality and consistency.

Responsibilities
Develop and optimize processes to improve product quality and product consistency to drive improved profitability
Monitor and analyze product data for customer satisfaction, quality improvement and cost reduction
Conduct trials, observe product/process conditions and analyze results to improve product quality and reduce costs
Lead and/or support quality improvement and cost reduction projects
Serve as a technical resource for operations and maintenance departments
Collaborate with other departments to stay up-to-date on the latest technical developments to recommend and implement new products and processing conditions
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical information to audiences with and without technical backgrounds
Demonstrated organizational and change-management skills
Proficient computer skills including knowledge and experience in databases and spreadsheets
Preferred
Experience in a heavy industrial environment
