Responsibilities
Lead and mentor two Accounting Managers, each overseeing their own teams
Oversee the monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, consolidations, and financial reporting
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements
Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary support during audits
Manage the financial integration process for newly acquired entities
Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy across accounting operations
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the organization’s evolving needs
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in the healthcare industry is required
Proven leadership experience in managing accounting teams
Preferred
CPA certification is strongly preferred
