Responsibilities

Provides engineering support for the manufacture of propellant mixing and casting of rocket motors

Implements process improvements and tracks operations and performance parameters to ensure high quality, on time delivery

Makes moderate to substantial improvements to systems and processes

Contributes to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results

Works to achieve operational targets with direct impact on the departmental results

Investigates and determines root causes of problems, develops and implements corrective and preventive actions

Contributes to the development of goals for the department and planning efforts (budgets, operational plans, etc.)
