Qualification
Required
Expertise in Japanese grammar, syntax, morphology, kanji, hiragana, katakana, phonology, and pragmatics
Ability to challenge advanced language models on topics like verb conjugation, sentence structure, honorifics, formal and informal speech, regional dialects, kanji readings, and the nuances of Japanese writing systems
Ability to converse with the model on language scenarios
Ability to verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
Ability to capture reproducible error traces
Ability to suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Clear, metacognitive communication skills
