Responsibilities

Monitor and report on usage trends and financial impact across commercial partnerships, going beyond the numbers to deliver clear insights into areas for revenue growth, cost-savings, and actionable adjustments through timely, data-driven reporting

Maintain and manage ongoing dialogue with commercial partners to ensure clarity and knowledge of current & future offerings; provide regular updates to internal stakeholders within organization through established communication channels

Partner with Director of Partnerships in determining priority, cadence, scheduling, preparation, and delivery of business reviews and insights to commercial partners

Act as initial line of support for commercial partners, acting as liaison between partner and Internal Operations and Product teams as needed

Identify and justify growth opportunities with existing commercial partners through combination of market analysis, data-driven insights, and technical compatibility review

Support initial discovery and evaluation of vendors within domain, determining product-market fit, customer demand, testing viability, and associated technical requirements to meet needs of internal stakeholders

Assist in development of POVs and white-papers on emerging categories, inclusive of landscape & analysis of capabilities, prescribed and novel use-cases, and commercial application
