Sales Analyst

Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining Company’s master sales dataset, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Promptly identify and rectify any inconsistencies/discrepancies in sales data. Generate insightful and actionable reports to drive performance improvements
Systematically gather sales data from internal and external sources. Utilize creative charts, graphs, and tables to visually articulate sales trends and performance to stakeholders
Translate intricate sales data into actionable insights and understandable narratives for various audiences based on in-depth analysis of sales data to discern patterns, trends, and potential areas of concern
Creates and presents clear and concise reports to department heads, management, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment to sales strategy. Offer data-driven recommendations to influence sales strategies, and initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally to define business objectives and develop corresponding sales tactics
Continually seek out and implement advanced techniques for data gathering and analysis, ensuring the Company remains at the forefront of sales data analytics. Design, update, and optimize procedural manuals for all departments, to deliver a streamlines and consistent approach to sales data management

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analysis, or other related field and 3+ years of work experience
Must be 21 years of age or older
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams
