Director, Therapeutic After School Program (TASP)
Walker Therapeutic & Educational Programs is seeking a visionary, licensed clinician to lead their Therapeutic After School Program (TASP). The role involves supervising a multidisciplinary team, overseeing program operations, and implementing trauma-informed care practices to support youth mental health.

Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and direct care staff
Oversee scheduling, logistics, and daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery
Implement and train others in trauma-informed care, CBT, and behavior management models
Collaborate with families, schools, and external providers to create unified support systems
Provide direct care and consultation to youth and families
Monitor outcomes and use data to drive continuous improvement
Contribute to leadership committees and training initiatives that influence agency-wide practices
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
Active clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, etc.) or expected to achieve within 6-12 months of hire
Valid Massachusetts driver's license
Strong communication, organizational, and supervisory skills
Preferred
5+ years of clinical and managerial experience in youth-focused therapeutic settings
Experience in budget management and program expansion
Familiarity with clinical data systems and outcome tracking
