Commission-Based Sales Representative
Chameleon Technologies Inc. is a leading provider of cutting-edge home automation solutions, specializing in various systems to deliver customized smart home experiences. They are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to drive sales of their premium home automation systems, build relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and leads
Present and demonstrate home automation solutions (e.g., Control4, Savant, Crestron & Lutron) to prospective clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, integrators, and industry partners
Collaborate with our technical team to design tailored solutions that meet client needs
Close deals and achieve sales targets to maximize commission earnings
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new smart home technologies
Qualification
Required
3+ years of sales experience in home automation, AV integration, luxury home systems, or related fields (experience with Control4, Savant, or Crestron is a strong plus)
Proven ability to generate leads and close high-value sales in a commission-based or performance-driven role
Strong understanding of smart home technology, including lighting, audio/video, security, and networking systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as needed
Preferred
Established network of contacts in the homebuilding, architecture, or interior design industries is a plus
