They are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their clinical team, where the LPN will conduct nursing assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with the clinical team to support adult clients in residential substance use treatment.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial nursing assessments for new admissions

Administer medications and monitor for therapeutic effects and side effects

Deliver care in alignment with detoxification protocols

Complete COWS and CIWA assessments in accordance with protocols

Provide education to clients regarding medications and health conditions

Support medical providers during assessments and medication management appointments

Maintain proper documentation and uphold strict confidentiality

Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly and safely

Support overall facility operations with professionalism and compassion

Perform other nursing-related duties as assigned
