Account Executive-REACH
Poppulo is a fast-growing global technology company that focuses on enhancing communications and workplace technology. As an Account Executive at REACH Media Network, you will drive revenue growth by identifying new use cases within existing customer accounts and collaborating across teams to ensure customer satisfaction and expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities
Strategize and execute expansion plans within existing Mid-Market accounts by identifying new use cases and upselling REACH’s digital signage solutions
Develop tailored proposals that align with customer goals and showcase the potential for signage network expansion across departments, campuses, or locations
Partner with Customer Success Managers to analyze usage data, uncover expansion triggers, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
Deliver high-impact presentations and demos that reflect the customer’s current signage environment and future possibilities
Stay current on industry trends and creatively apply insights to customer-specific strategies
Engage with stakeholders across Marketing, Communications, Facilities, IT, and Procurement to build consensus and drive adoption
Maintain a strong understanding of REACH’s platform capabilities and how they integrate with broader communication ecosystems
Accurately forecast and manage a pipeline of expansion opportunities, ensuring consistent revenue growth
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of SaaS or digital signage sales experience focused on account expansion or customer growth
Proven success in exceeding quarterly expansion quotas through strategic account development
Strong relationship-building and outbound communication skills within existing accounts
Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and proposal development abilities
5+ years of experience in a consultative sales environment, preferably in digital signage, SaaS, or enterprise communications
Ability to synthesize customer data and industry trends into actionable growth strategies
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Certifications in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger) are a plus
