Responsibilities
Experience in Design, Project Management, and Construction Documentation Required
Join a highly collaborative and supportive environment, work closely with colleagues across SWA’s studios, and contribute to design work that is environmentally, socially, and culturally impactful—both in the U.S. and abroad
Proven ability in construction documentation, specifications, plant materials, and coordination with consultants
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture
Professional licensure in Landscape Architecture
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft 365
Strong graphic and presentation skills, with the ability to produce compelling visuals and presentations
Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams and managing projects from concept through construction
Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative problem-solver with a deep understanding of design, documentation, and constructability
Experience in a range of project types and scales, both public and private
Proven ability in construction documentation, specifications, plant materials, and coordination with consultants
Interest or experience in business development and client relations
5 years of professional experience
Preferred
Master's degree
International project experience, particularly in the Middle East or Asia
Additional proficiency in BIM / Revit
Additional proficiency in D5, Rhino, SketchUp, and 3D modeling
Additional proficiency in hand sketching
