To resolve network incidents and service requests related to infrastructure and components

Ensuring efficient and effective ways of working together with the Swedish Match Group IT Service Desk

To operate and maintain reliable, secure, sustainable, and efficient network services

Supporting lifecycle management regarding services, software, and hardware

Designing, planning, and implementing new network services

Encourage the adoption of automation

Participate in on-call rotation

Required

5+ years of experience working with troubleshooting, security awareness, and network operations

3+ years of experience with traffic management: routing, access control, network segmentation

Strong written and verbal communications skills
