Start in 2026 SummerLP Building Solutions is a leading provider of high-performance building solutions. They are seeking an IT Support Intern to support their IT Field Services team during the summer, providing user support and application troubleshooting while learning about IT support platforms.

Responsibilities
Provide direct user support, Hardware imaging, and application troubleshooting
Hardware Refresh/recycle, Mobile device, and Digital Signage support
Learn about IT support platforms in a corporate environment
Provide excellent customer service
Use ITIL platforms to quality and quantity of work
Connect and grow your skills in a dynamic, engaging environment
Work alongside and be coached by members of your team
Engage with leaders across the company
Qualification
Required
Provide direct user support, Hardware imaging, and application troubleshooting
Hardware Refresh/recycle, Mobile device, and Digital Signage support

This position will work at home and in our Nashville office on a hybrid schedule
Must live within a commutable distance to Nashville or willing to relocate to the greater Nashville area
Preferred
Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, and imaging experience a plus
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems
Must have an expected graduation date of August 2026 or later
Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher
