Associate Attorney
Silverspace Inc is a dynamic legal firm seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team. The role involves representing clients in various legal proceedings and providing comprehensive legal support while collaborating with senior attorneys.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in court appearances, pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, pre-trial preparation, and trial proceedings
Provide comprehensive legal support and guidance across various practice areas
Maintain and manage strong client relationships, ensuring their legal needs are effectively met
Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare legal documents and develop litigation strategies
Qualification
Required
Active membership with the State Bar of California
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Previous experience in litigation or specific practice areas aligned with the firm's focus
Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
