Administrative Assistant, Legal/Compliance Team
Lutron Electronics is a worldwide leader in innovative lighting control and shading solutions, seeking an Administrative Assistant to support multiple Executive Team members in their Legal/Compliance team. The role involves managing executive schedules, facilitating communication between executives, and providing comprehensive administrative support.

Responsibilities
Effectively manage executive schedules by anticipating needs, prioritizing to business goals, and scheduling/accepting meetings with proactive time-zone awareness
Represent executives and the company to both internal and external parties by welcoming visitors; arranging company dinners and other corporate functions; answering questions and meeting requests directed to each executive
Serve as liaison between the Legal/Compliance executives, other company executives and vice presidents to facilitate the smooth operation of the Legal/Compliance team
Provide administrative support by maintaining paper and electronic files, processing invoices and expense reports, drafting and reviewing correspondence
Arrange domestic and international corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; scheduling the air travel; booking other transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations
Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; adjusting plans
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes, implementing changes
Enhance the Legal/Compliance executives’ and corporation's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Plan and execute high visibility events, such as charity functions, and corporate events
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Minimum 3 years of experience supporting an Executive team member
Fluent with Microsoft Office Suite/Teams
Experience coordinating calendars, travel logistics, meetings
Preferred
Associate's Degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience supporting multiple executives preferred
Prior experience working with other administrative professionals to coordinate complex executive calendars preferred
Experience with SharePoint preferred
Paralegal experience helpful but not required
