Responsibilities

Responsible for orchestrating the delivery of security services to customers, ensuring the entire program aligns with established frameworks, and producing the necessary documentation and tooling for both internal teams and external clients
Provide technical direction and act as a subject matter expert as it relates to Claroty´s product portfolio & cybersecurity
Ensure our products are effectively deployed, integrated, assessed, and optimized in alignment with effective security metrics
Interpret requirements across risk, secure architecture, incident management and governance
Support cyber security investigations within OT environments using Claroty products
Deliver workshops, trainings and threat inteligence sharing sessions
Provide advisory, presentations and reports to customers
Create playbooks, runbooks and standard operating procedures
Create reports of emerging threats to industrial networks for Customers
Work closely with R&D teams or other internal departments to improve and enhance the products and services offered by Claroty

Required

Desired 3+ years work experience in Operational Technology Security as a consultant or service delivery expert
Experience with the application of threat modelling or other risk identification techniques
Understanding of IT and OT network communication protocols
Knowledge and understanding of various security control frameworks (e.g. IEC62443, NERC CIP, NIST, NCSC CAF and/or other relevant frameworks)
Knowledge and experience of cybersecurity assessments in ICS/OT & IT security
Understanding of operational technologies such as Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) software, RTUs, HMI and Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
Experience with network forensics, threat intelligence & incident response (WireShark etc.)
Experience with Azure, Power BI, Python and SQL creation and scripting
Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems and administrative tools
Ability to successfully communicate & present to a range of technical and executive stakeholders
Excellent report-writing skills
Fluent English language skills (verbal and written)
Willingness to travel
