Responsibilities
Represent clients in court appearances, pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, mediations, pre-trial preparation, and trial proceedings
Provide legal support and guidance across various practice areas
Maintain and manage strong client relationships to ensure effective legal service delivery
Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare legal documents and develop litigation strategies
Qualification
Required
Active membership with the State Bar of California
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Prior experience in litigation or specific practice areas relevant to the firm's focus
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
