Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using Go (Golang)
Build, test, and scale RESTful APIs for high-performance systems
Architect solutions that are clean, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices
Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security
Collaborate with the CTO and broader technical team to define and deliver project goals
Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges across the backend stack

Qualification

Go (Golang)AWSAPI developmentCI/CD pipelinesCommunication

Required

Proven experience with Go (Golang) in production environments
Strong understanding of AWS services – including deployment, infrastructure management, and cloud-native design principles
Solid experience in API development, including authentication, versioning, and performance optimization
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git)
Proactive and self-motivated – able to take ownership of tasks and deliver with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving

Preferred

Experience working in fast-paced startup or ad tech environments
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
Understanding of monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana)
