Lead Core Product Development: Drive core database features, focusing on areas like Postgres compatibility, high availability, and geographical distribution

Customer-Centric Innovation: Engage with enterprise customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for product improvement

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to align product strategies and ensure successful feature rollouts

Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions

Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and user feedback to prioritize features and enhancements that deliver maximum value

Required
