Associate Director, US HCP Marketing, Elacestrant
MENARINI Group is seeking an Associate Director for US HCP Marketing to develop and execute a comprehensive peer-to-peer engagement strategy for elacestrant in metastatic breast cancer. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional partners to enhance brand visibility and educate medical oncologists through innovative marketing strategies and digital content.

Responsibilities
Develop and lead the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) marketing strategy for elacestrant, driving engagement among medical oncologists, thought leaders, and digital opinion leaders (DOLs)
Identify, engage, and partner with key breast cancer experts to foster scientific exchange and enhance brand advocacy
Plan and execute advisory boards, expert panels, and peer learning forums that capture actionable insights and strengthen Orserdu’s positioning
Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Commercial teams to develop speaker training programs and ensure compliant execution of P2P initiatives
Oversee creation and dissemination of speaker decks, symposium content, and congress booth experiences, ensuring alignment with brand strategy
Lead booth and additional sponsorship and advertising content including peer interaction strategies at major oncology congresses (e.g., ASCO, SABCS, ESMO)
Partner with agency and internal creative teams to develop scientific speaker decks, modular presentations, and visual assets optimized for HCP audiences
Leverage AI tools to scale video and digital content (e.g., expert interviews, panel highlights, congress recaps) for use across social media, websites, and HCP education platforms
Collaborate with Digital and Analytics teams to measure reach, engagement, and impact of P2P and DOL-driven campaigns
Drive cross-channel amplification of peer-led content to expand awareness and understanding of elacestrant’s clinical value
Partner with brand and field teams to ensure integration of P2P activities within the broader omnichannel brand strategy
Develop an annual P2P marketing plan, including budget allocation, resourcing, KPIs, and performance tracking
Lead vendor and agency management, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of educational content and peer engagement programs
Collaborate with compliance, regulatory, and legal functions to ensure all materials and engagements meet industry standards
Establish and track P2P and DOL engagement metrics, analyzing effectiveness and identifying opportunities for improvement
Utilize insights from advisory boards, expert feedback, and digital analytics to inform ongoing strategy refinement
Identify emerging thought leaders and trends in oncology to maintain a dynamic, relevant P2P ecosystem
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 6 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience
At least 2 years in peer-to-peer, medical education, or HCP engagement roles
Strong understanding of breast cancer landscape, medical oncologist community, and digital engagement trends
Proven ability to work effectively with Medical Affairs, Compliance, Regulatory, and Legal teams
Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder relationship skills
Willingness to travel (approximately 15%) for congresses, meetings, and field events
Preferred
MBA, MPH, or advanced science degree preferred
Experience leading advisory boards, speaker programs, or congress activations in oncology or specialty markets preferred
Demonstrated ability to be agile and adaptable in a fast-paced commercial environment
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and digital tools for content creation, personalization, or amplification
