Responsibilities

Identify and grow new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and regular client engagement
Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are consistently met
Stay current on Maersk’s product and services, and industry trends to confidently represent Maersk offerings
Collaborate closely with operations teams to deliver smooth customer onboarding and experience
Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue and growth targets
Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities
Use Salesforce to manage leads, track progress, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline
Meet assigned revenue goals and contribute to overall business growth

Qualification

Required

At least 1 year of proven sales success is preferred, either in logistics, freight forwarding, or ground transportation and/or 2+ years of experience in operations
A customer-focused, results-oriented approach with a record of meeting or exceeding targets
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Analytical thinker and problem-solver, especially when navigating complex supply chain challenges
Salesforce experience preferred or other CRMs (Customer Relationship Management) experience is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is a plus
