Provide in-depth support and solutions to BHG customers

Communicate with customer through various channels

Become a subject matter expert on BHG solutions & products

Enter records of customer calls, interactions and inquires via a CRM system

Build strong working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Qualification

Required

BS/BA degree of relevant experience

Must be able to work Friday-Tuesday, 8AM-5PM EST (Weekend Shift)

2-3 years of customer service experience - preferably over the phone

Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
