Familiarity with legal processes, privacy, or compliance regulations
Experience working with sensitive or confidential information
Lead implementation plan for portal adoption, including documenting procedures and trainings
Strong problem-solving skills, troubleshooting with legal specialists
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
Lead change management efforts
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
