Facilities Engineering Specialist
EOG Resources is a company operating in the oil and gas industry, and they are seeking a Facilities Engineering Specialist. The role involves pipeline and compression system design, as well as overseeing the construction and maintenance of various facilities within the Delaware Basin region.
Responsibilities
Duties may include but not be limited to pipeline and compression system design, water source, treatment & disposal facility design, production facility design and project economic evaluation
Equipment and vendor selection will also be a requirement of this position as well as leadership responsibility for both contract and company personnel involved with construction and maintenance of facilities
The area of responsibility for this position may include one or more of the operations areas within the boundaries of EOG Resource's Midland Division (Delaware Basin region)
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 10 years of related oil & gas industry experience, primarily in the Delaware Basin region
Candidate must have good communication, interpersonal and computer skills
Preferred
An engineering degree (Petroleum, Mechanical or Civil) preferred but not required depending on level of experience and work history
Experience in pipeline and compression system design
Experience in water source, treatment & disposal facility design
Experience in production facility design
Experience in project economic evaluation
Experience in equipment and vendor selection
Leadership responsibility for both contract and company personnel involved with construction and maintenance of facilities
