Reliability Engineering Intern
Carpenter Technology Corporation is seeking a Summer 2026 Reliability Engineering Intern. The role involves assisting in process engineering improvements and safety improvements across the shop while supporting documentation efforts and driving improvements in the vacuum department.

Responsibilities
Interns will assist in process engineering improvements, safety improvements across the shop, proper documentation of SOPs, JHAs, and SSWPs
Drive improvements across the vacuum department with help and guidance of already in place PE and MSS
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program majoring in Engineering, Business Administration or Management
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Willing and able to work on-site at our Reading, PA location
Applicants MUST be US Citizens or Green Card Holders due to Carpenter's government contracts
Ideal candidates will be driven, self-motivated and excited about working in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Preferred
AutoCAD experience is a plus but is not required
