Responsibilities
Maintain COI tracking spreadsheet
Analyze COI compliance with agreement language and follow up on deficiencies
Resolve exceptions to compliance requests
Review and opine on insurance compliance for transactions
Respond to lender proof of insurance requests
Establish and maintain strong relationships with operators, property management and internal deal teams. Respond to questions and concerns promptly and professionally in accordance with company policy
Qualification
Required
1-5 years of full-time experience preferred
Associate degree in Business Administration or relevant work experience in similar field
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and verification of employment, education, and other credentials relevant to the position
