Intern - Office Technical Assistant
OOCL is one of the world's largest integrated international container transportation and logistics companies. The Administration team is seeking an intern to support initiatives aimed at improving office technology management and usage, offering hands-on experience in office operations, technical inventory control, and process documentation.
Logistics & Supply Chain
Responsibilities
Cataloging current inventory
Tracking usage and availability
Recommending replacement or recycling timelines
Creating a sustainable and accessible inventory management process
Testing and documenting how to operate audio, video, and computer systems in conference rooms
Identifying common usage issues and proposing solutions
Collaborating with team members to ensure clarity and usability of materials
Qualification
Required
Background in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to analyze workflows and propose improvements
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
Interest in office operations and technical systems
