Dunmore International Corp is a manufacturer of innovative technical films for various applications. As a CI Intern, you will support projects aimed at improving efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing visibility across manufacturing systems and workflows.

Plastics and Rubber Manufacturing

Responsibilities

Collaborate on and lead scoped projects aligned with Toyota Production System (TPS) principles

Assist with implementation and auditing of 5S+S programs, including PDCA cycles and visual management

Support Kaizen events by gathering data, participating in root cause analysis, and presenting findings

Investigate operational issues and implement sustainable resolutions using RCCM methodology and A3 reports, in close collaboration with CI and Operations teams

Build or enhance visual management dashboards (e.g., for takt time, OEE, or operator utilization)

Present progress and insights to site leadership at regular intervals
