Responsibilities
Build and execute strategies to develop business within existing and new clients
Partner with clients to solve problems and bring value beyond the current projects
Build and manage a $12.5M+ portfolio
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Be responsible for achieving and maintaining client satisfaction
Orchestrate and build pursuit teams to solve clients’ business problems, lead teams through deal close with a high degree of collaboration and motivation
Lead engagements and project teams, delivering complex solutions
Contribute to project delivery
Collaborate with other Client Partners, Sales team members and practitioners to develop and deliver business
Qualification
Required
Employees must live within a commutable distance of the Portland Area and must be willing to be onsite at the client and/or Slalom Portland office up to 5 days a week
Retail and Consumer Goods experience required
Experience growing and leading accounts in the consulting industry required
Experience in developing client relationships at all levels of an organization and deepening them over time
Proven experience with complex account management, navigating large, enterprise organizations
15+ years' experience managing teams through all lifecycles of a project including experience working in an IT service or consulting firm managing a large account or multiple accounts
Experience delivering as a consultant, bringing a balance of large-scale transformational programs and individual contributor experience
