Responsibilities

Provide first-line support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration tools

Assist with setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware and software

Support remote access and basic network connectivity issues

Help maintain and operate A/V equipment for meetings and presentations

Document issues and escalate complex problems to senior technicians

Deliver professional and courteous service to all users, including executive staff

Qualification

Required

1–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical customer service

Familiarity with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's in IT-related field
