Responsibilities
Visit hospitals regularly to check in with administrators, DONs, and executives
Strengthen existing customer relationships through frequent, authentic touchpoints
Surface and relay feedback, pain points, and operational issues from facilities to internal teams
Identify and warm up new hospital opportunities through referrals and introductions
Represent Clipboard Health at local healthcare events, association meetings, and community gatherings
Support our Hospital Sales Executives by opening doors, building trust, and providing local context that helps close deals
Qualification
Required
10+ years in healthcare operations, nursing, sales, or liaison roles
Strong network across local hospitals, nursing leaders, or care administrators
Comfortable visiting facilities daily and engaging across leadership levels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have a car, can drive, and are comfortable driving between hospitals within your region
Preferred
Prior experience in staffing, recruiting, or hospital partnerships is a plus
