International Moving Support Specialist (Hybrid)
Sirva is a leading global relocation management and moving services company, and they are seeking an International Moving Support Specialist. The role involves providing general support functions for international moving operations, including shipment tracing, documentation handling, and customer communication.
Responsibilities
Shipment Tracing: Though shipment prompts, confirming events occurred and then updating ProMove and the International Move Management Consultant accordingly
Documentation Handling: Responsible for arranging all shipping documents and processing with customers, agents, vendors and port brokers and uploading to SISTRS database
Keep customers, agents, vendors and port brokers informed of status changes in a timely manner
Other duties as assigned, including communications desk coverage, FedEx handling and registering files as needed
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Well organized
Detail Oriented
Goal Oriented
Excellent Communication skills both oral and written
Ability to work successfully in a team environment where work direction will be provided by multiple people (Matrix Environment)
High school diploma required
Preferred
1-2 Years of customer service or transportation experience preferred
Undergraduate degree preferred
