Responsibilities

Provides systems engineering and architecture support for AFNWC
Provides comprehensive systems and network engineering and architectural planning services
Interfaces with O&S personnel by providing strategic design and support to projects, as directed
Reviews existing architectures on a regular basis, recommending and assisting with the design and implementation of systems and network improvements as required
Responsible for planning, solutioning, and improvement of AFWNC capabilities with a specific focus on cybersecurity and the implementation and design of the application layer

Required

Top Secret clearance level must currently possess
Top Secret/SCI clearance level must be able to obtain
15+ years of related experience
US Citizenship Required
Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with ability to obtain SCI eligibility
Required Certifications: FITSP-D or GDSA or CASP+ or CCSP or Cloud+ or CSSLP or GSEC or other DoD 8140 qualified certification
Ability to Obtain ITIL 4 Foundation – ITSM Certification within the first 9 months

Preferred

Certification in modeling, e.g. OCSMP (OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional)
Experience modeling complex systems for Department of Defense or other government organizations
Preferred Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation: Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP); or TOGAF Certified Architect; or ITIL 4 Managing Professional; or Lean Six Sigma Green belt; or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP); Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert; or Microsoft Certified Azure Network Engineer Associate
