Responsibilities

Serve as the technical lead from early engagement to NTP, including RFP analysis, solution design, and customer interfacing

Develop technical proposals and drawings based on customer specifications and system requirements

Interpret and ensure adherence to UL, IEEE, IEC, NEC, NFPA and local regulatory requirements

Participate in product compliance, gap analysis, and technical risk reviews during the sales process

Gather feedback from customers, partners, and regional EPCs to inform solution development and roadmap prioritization

Coordinate with Product and R&D teams to support feature enhancement, certifications, and cost-performance optimization

Provide guidance on system integration topics, including layout, controls, communication, thermal, and fire protection

Participate in marketing and product positioning efforts, including technical presentations at trade shows
