The role involves selling GENEX semen, services, products, and programs while ensuring improved profit potential and satisfaction for clients.

Responsibilities

Provide Artificial Insemination (AI) services to members and customers
Provide Breeding Program assistance to members and customers
Sell GENEX AI services, semen, products and programs
Provide reproductive management expertise to members that will improve reproductive performance in their herds
Consistently make farm visits with prospects to develop and gain new customers

Qualification

Dairy backgroundArtificial InseminationSales experienceHerd management softwareWillingness to learnCommunication skillsTeamworkSelf-motivated

Required

Strong dairy background with experience working with dairy cows
Experience in heat detection on large farms
Aggressive sales and service person who is self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must possess communication and people skills
Willingness to learn and develop both personally and professionally
Computer skills are required; and ability to work with herd management software is a plus

Preferred

Degree in Agriculture or equivalent experience
