Responsibilities

Accelerate company growth by expanding strategic accounts and elevating market awareness of value
Craft compelling value propositions aligned with customer needs and business priorities
Orchestrate subject matter experts, communicate solution advantages, and drive proposal milestones
Build and nurture executive-level relationships with strategic and long-cycle accounts
Promote Panduit solutions to deepen engagement and uncover new opportunities
Gain deep insight into customer industries, trends, and growth potential
Execute business strategy to meet or exceed growth and profitability goals
Collaborate with other teams to align resources and optimize account coverage
Develop and execute account penetration plans to expand market share
Define and communicate multi-year strategic account development programs
Strengthens client relationships by aligning Panduit’s value with customer goals

Required

Bachelor's degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree
5-7 years working with strategic named accounts, driving growth through complex solution selling, partner management, and relationship development
Strong follow-up and follow-through skills, commercial awareness, and ability to manage complex situations
Commitment to adding value to customer base, increasing product awareness, PanduitOne program development, and training initiatives
Exceptional collaboration skills, both internally and externally
